Our Maui condo is a non-smoking 2 bedroom unit overlooking the South Maui mountains with a partial ocean view. We have owned our condo since 1999 and continue to make annual improvements. This past year we tiled the entrance, bathroom, living room and lanai. Additionally, we installed a 37” wide screen TV (w/HDTV) for the living room and a purchased new mattress for the master bedroom. Every year we purchase new linens and towels. In 2007 we remodeled the upstairs bathroom and bedroom for the increased convenience and comfort of our guests.

Our unit is smoke free and we ask all guests to abide by this stringent policy. Our family uses the condo for several weeks per year and we take great pride in care and upkeep of the accommodations. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the downstairs has a queen size bed. There are also twin beds in the loft. Consequently, you can comfortably sleep up to six individuals.

Our 2nd floor unit is located on the Wailea side and is in close proximity to the upper pool and the tennis courts. The lanai has a table with four chairs so that you can enjoy BBQ’s or breakfasts from the comfort of the condo. If you decide not to dine in Wailea or south Kihei, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of home and even includes a rice cooker. The living area has a CD player, and VCR/DVD combo. The lanai closet contains boogie boards, tennis rackets, beach mats, and commonly used beach toys for kids.
